Founder and President
Adam Douglas Heyes, M.A. is the Founder and President of IndieHeart LLC. He also serves as Director of Development at From the Heart Productions a 30-year-old 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting independent filmmakers through fiscal sponsorship, grants, education, and professional services.
He has worked with the organization since 2012 and oversees development strategy, operations and technology, filmmaker support programs, fundraising initiatives, and institutional partnerships. Adam manages core programs including LargoAI script analysis, the Allyra fundraising platform, and Grant Advance donor research, and has supported hundreds of filmmakers with development strategy, fundraising campaigns, and project positioning through From the Heart and his own freelance design and development business.
His clients and collaborators include Academy Award and Emmy Award winners and nominees, as well as highly acclaimed independent filmmakers.
As a producer, Adam is attached to multiple projects in development and release, including the forthcoming documentary I Believe You, and the feature film When the Voiceless Roar. He previously served as Marketing Director for the acclaimed documentaries Ground Operations and Take Back Your Power, and began his career at Warner Bros. editing music for DVD releases of Beverly Hills 90210, Melrose Place, My Three Sons, 7th Heaven, The Fugitive, and Tales From the Dark Side.
Adam graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from UCLA's Honors Program with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Human Complex Systems, and holds a Master's Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.

His approach eschews conventional solutions, opting instead to build sovereign systems where technical sophistication meets a deep understanding of high-level workflows.

While his systems solidify a new standard in the sector, Santiago projects his impact beyond AI: an imminent return to the field to redefine film, sports, and his other areas of focus through the same relentless execution that characterizes his technical work.
