Film Financing Resources and Advisory for Independent Filmmakers

Film financing resources and advisory for independent filmmakers

Key Criteria

01Lower to mid-budget narrative films
02Projects with meaningful cultural or social impact
03Films with strong artistic merit
04Filmmakers who may face barriers accessing traditional financing
05Projects supported by realistic financial forecasts and sales potential
Partnership Structure

Partnership Structure

This initiative is built through a three-party collaboration:

Creative Vetting

Rich Young Rulers

Funding and Loan Administration Partner

Rich Young Rulers will serve as the capital partner, providing underwriting, financial oversight, and loan administration infrastructure.

Capital Oversight

Bobbcat Films

Production and Sales Support Partner

Bobbcat Films will provide production resources, strategic support, industry relationships, and assistance with securing sales and distribution pipelines.

Production & Sales

Together, this structure combines creative insight, financial discipline, and industry execution.

A More Human Approach to Film Finance

Film financing is often transactional, distant, and purely corporate.

This partnership is being developed with a different philosophy.

IndieHeart approaches acquisitions with a filmmaker's perspective — understanding that behind every budget is years of creative work, risk, and personal investment.

At the same time, this program will operate with professional underwriting standards and disciplined financial practices to ensure sustainability and accountability.

"The goal is balance: rigorous evaluation paired with genuine respect for artists."

Some films are nearly complete — they simply need the final piece of capital to move forward.

This partnership is being built to help strong independent films cross that final threshold responsibly and strategically.
