IndieHeart LLC ("IndieHeart," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit indieheart.film, contact us, request a quote, subscribe to updates, or otherwise interact with our website and online services (collectively, the "Site").

This policy applies to information handled through the Site. Information and confidential creative materials exchanged under a signed proposal, statement of work, nondisclosure agreement, or other client agreement may also be governed by that agreement. If a client agreement conflicts with this policy regarding project materials, the client agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.

Depending on how you interact with IndieHeart, we may collect:

• Contact and identity information: name, email address, telephone number, company, job title, and similar contact details.
• Inquiry and project information: project type, requested services, budget or timing information, messages, creative goals, and other information you choose to submit through a form, email, or consultation request.
• Newsletter information: first name, last name, email address, subscription status, and engagement with our communications.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs generated when the Site is accessed.
• Communications: correspondence and records of requests, responses, preferences, and support interactions.
• Project materials: scripts, artwork, media, business materials, or other content you intentionally provide when discussing or performing a potential engagement. Please do not submit confidential project materials through a public Site form unless requested.

We do not request payment-card information through the Site. Payment terms and payment processing, if applicable, are addressed through separate project documentation or approved payment providers.

• operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
• respond to inquiries and evaluate potential projects, partnerships, or service requests;

We do not use project materials submitted for a client engagement to train public or third-party generative AI models unless that use is expressly authorized in a separate written agreement.

Where a law requires us to identify a legal basis, we process information as necessary to take steps at your request or perform a contract, pursue legitimate interests such as operating and securing the Site and responding to business inquiries, comply with legal obligations, and, where required, based on your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully.

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary:

• Service providers: vendors supporting website hosting, content delivery, forms, email and newsletter delivery, embedded media, analytics, communications, security, and professional operations.

If you choose to allow analytics, IndieHeart uses Google Analytics 4 to receive aggregated information about page visits, navigation, device characteristics, and completed site actions such as form submissions. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google Signals are disabled in our site configuration. Analytics storage remains denied unless you opt in, and you can change your choice at any time using the Analytics Preferences link in the footer. Accessibility display preferences are stored locally in your browser so the Site can remember the options you selected.

Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary technologies can affect Site functionality. Because IndieHeart does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, a browser-based opt-out preference signal does not change such activity on the Site.
