Legal Bases for Processing
Where a law requires us to identify a legal basis, we process information as necessary to take steps at your request or perform a contract, pursue legitimate interests such as operating and securing the Site and responding to business inquiries, comply with legal obligations, and, where required, based on your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business and project records, honoring communication preferences, resolving disputes, meeting contractual commitments, protecting the Site, and satisfying legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention periods vary based on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the context in which it was collected, and applicable requirements. We may retain limited records of an opt-out request so we can continue to honor it.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against accidental or unlawful loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized access and disclosure. No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using appropriate care when deciding what information to send through public forms or email.
